Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped.
If your cancellation request is approved in time, you will receive a full refund.

📦 Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

At Lights of Sweden, we stand behind the quality of our products.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • You must contact us at info@lightsofsweden.se to receive return instructions before sending anything back

A refund is only issued after the item has been returned to us and inspected.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow a few business days for processing

Refunds cannot be issued for items that were not returned according to our policy.


Product Warranty

All products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you experience any issues, contact us and we will assist you.


Important Notes

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we cover the cost

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned

  • Custom or personalised products are not eligible for return

  • No restocking fee will be charged
