Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and right of withdrawal, starting from when you receive the product you ordered. You MUST notify us via email to exercise your right of withdrawal, and receive confirmation, otherwise, your return will not be valid. Our return address is Blåportsgatan 3E.
If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we need to ensure the product has not been damaged on your part. The procedure for this is outlined below. Afterward, you need to send the address to Karlskrona, Blåportsgatan 3E, 371 56. The customer pays the return shipping cost of 199 SEK.

5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you are canceling the purchase. The message should be sent to info@lightsofsweden.com. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the legislated 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. The products should therefore be sent well-packaged and in the original packaging.
For refunds, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item if it is used or damaged.

5.2 Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that for health or hygiene reasons have been sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products that are sealed sound or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products, specially tailored for you or with a clear personal touch based on your preferences.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you explicitly agreed that the service would begin without a right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

For more information about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.
